Hans Hillestad is the co-founder of XPress INC which was originally conceived as a direct mail company in 2005. After working with 100s of businesses, personally establishing their direct mail marketing campaigns, Hans has established a real tried and true approach to marketing and brings with it an honesty and compassion that is rarely found in this industry. It is his belief that if the client wins and expands then we all do and not have a "whatever you want" attitude. From this, XPress rapidly grew to provide a full suite of marketing services. In his role as owner of XPress, Hans has clients ranging from construction contractors and electrical components installers to accounting firms. However, XPress really shines in the area of dental marketing. From rural general dentists to big-city oral surgeons, they have deep experience with dental marketing of whatever location and demographic.
Prior to founding XPress INC, Hans learned the world of marketing and sales from the bottom up. With a diverse background, he has done everything from hospitality and customer service to event planning and one-on-one direct sales. He spent years as a trainer and has hands-on experience in managing a large team.
Hans does anything necessary to ensure the success of his clients. His “whatever it takes approach” puts him in constant contact with his clients, working day to day to make marketing work for them.
Trained in statistical management, Hans doesn’t just hope for the best, but instead conducts personalized business analyses for prospective clients in order to identify barriers to expansion and devise a plan for steady growth. The proof of this approach is in the results. With increased numbers across the boards, XPress has multiplied revenue and new customer acquisition for clients by as much as 600 percent.
In his free time, when he isn’t talking to clients, Hans goes on local adventures with his three kids, tinkers with cars, computers, etc and is a well-liked hacker in golf :)
