Branding

Branding is a marketing buzzword which simply refers to the professional brand or “personality” of a practice. Done right, it distinguishes your practice from others in your geographic zone. 


Branding is highly specialized and, because each practice is as different as the dentist who owns it, highly customized. Here is an overview of the branding process:

  • 1. Discovery Research

    Our first step is research. We conduct a series of in-depth interviews with you as the practice owner to discover your practice goals, the services you want to showcase, the cases you’d like to attract, the core values of your practice and more.

  • 2. Analysis

    Here we analyze the research information and determine the message, position and “identity” you should be communicating to prospective and existing patients.

  • 3. Graphic Design

    We then establish design standards which reflect your brand such as fonts, colors, design elements and images. We would also redesign your logo per the new branding guidelines, all in coordination with you. 

  • 4. Branding Statement

    We then codify the above information in one overall Branding Statement: a formal report which defines your practice’s brand, distinguishing characteristics, core values, mission statement and design and content standards. 

Strategy

Branding without a strategy is like steering a ship with no navigation—you know where you’re headed but you don’t know how to get there with minimum wasted time and effort. We take your finalized Branding Statement and craft an implementation strategy for maximum return. We include a step-by-step plan and also help get the plan executed.
