Lead SEO

Josh has been working in the digital marketing industry since 2011, and has a demonstrated history of achieving success in marketing research, SEO, and data analytics. He has an established record of performance in helping clients improve search engine rankings, increase website traffic and generate business revenue. Josh consistently upholds the concept of making data-based marketing decisions, and accurately analyzing data to deduce the proper conclusions.

Andrea Kluge

Lead Content Writer

Andrea Kluge is our Lead Content Writer and applies her years of industry experience to creating content that resonates with prospective patients. A professional writer since 2010, Andrea has personally worked with over 100 dental practices to help them get more new patients through dental marketing. Having also worked with practice management firms, she understands dentists prefer treating patients to running marketing campaigns. Having had quite a bit of dental work herself, she also considers herself a professional dental patient.

Oscar Mendez

Lead Design

Oscar is the lead designer at Xpress INC. He's been with the company since 2017. With a degree in Graphic & Web Design, he has the knowledge & experience to work with online and print media; such as websites, landing pages, video editing, postcards, magazines, and much more. Oscar loves to spends time with his family, going on hikes and likes to play any available sport, soccer been his favorite.

Mike V. Lyjak

Director of Paid Media

Michael V. Lyjak is a 6 year veteran of the PPC industry, working directly with Google for 5 years training the Ads platform to account managers with oversight on all of North America. He is currently a Google Partner and likes to spend his free time with his 1-year-old daughter Virginia and travels frequently across the US to new and exotic destinations. Mike has worked on over 1,500 PPC campaigns and is working his way towards the 1 Million conversions mark.

Brice Moss

Director of Client Services

Brice is the Director of Client Services. He oversees all aspects of client management for Xpress. He excels in anything paid ads and has pervious experience working directly with Google Ads. He studied Political Science at the University Of Michigan and is a native Detroiter. When he is not working, you can find Brice enjoying a pub-trivia night as either a host or participant, actively belting his lungs out at karaoke, or losing his voice screaming at his hometown Detroit Lions (Or and Detroit sports team for that matter).

Parker Spliethof

Operations Manager

Parker serves as the Operations Manager for Xpress Promotion, ensuring the seamless coordination of our day-to-day activities across all departments. A proud native of the Northern Virginia (NOVA) With a sharp eye for efficiency and a commitment to delivering exceptional results, Parker plays a key role in optimizing workflows, enhancing communication, and driving company success.

Rosmery Acevedo

Website Director

Rosmery has a degree in Hospitality Management, Information Systems Technology, and two certifications in Database Specialist and Network Management. Her studies abroad and in the US offer her a solid knowledge related to technology and business. Additionally, she develops a particular interest and skill in everything related to web design. In her free time, Rosmery enjoys watching Netflix, spend time with her sisters, walking in the streets of DC, listening to music, singing, and dancing.

Hugo Obando

Mail Prep & Delivery

Hugo has been in-house as Mail preparer at Xpress INC for more than 2 years. He coordinates along with the Mailing and Printing Department, on the preparation and delivery of the mailing and liaises with the US postal Services in Virginia and Maryland. In his free time, he likes to make tourism so as to know more about the culture and history of the USA.

Katie Wright

Client Manager

Katie is a versatile professional who has played many different roles throughout her career. She has been in marketing over 10 years now. With her extensive experience in various roles, she is well-equipped to handle any challenge that comes her way. Katie is passionate about delivering exceptional results and is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies. In addition to her professional and personal pursuits, she is a a proud parent to a wonderful 15-year-old son and two furry feline friends. She believes that having a good work-life balance is essential, and her family and pets play a vital role in keeping her grounded and focused.

Donald Byers

Client Services Specialist

Donald Byers is a dedicated Client Services Specialist with a passion for fostering successful partnerships. Leveraging his experience as a former New Patient Coordinator for an Xpress client, Donald brings a comprehensive understanding of Xpress systems from both the client and vendor perspectives. This unique insight allows him to deliver exceptional support and solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Outside of work, Donald is a Colorado Springs native and enjoys staying active by walking his two Australian Shepherds, Zeref and Matilda. When the weather isn’t ideal, you’ll likely find him exploring the latest video game or cherishing time with his wonderful family.

Christine Zawrotuk

Social Content Manager

Christine has been working for Xpress INC for over 10 years in various capacities. She has a BS Degree in Communication and started her career in print media. Before calling Maryland her home in 2001, Christine lived on Cape Cod where she was a morning radio personality. Since then, Christine has spent many years in the website design and development industry. Over the last few years, she has shifted her focus to social media content management and marketing... and whatever else Shawn and Hans occasionally throw at her. Christine currently drives the dental-themed social media content for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for XPRESS Inc. Christine spends her free time with friends and family, traveling, visiting wineries and breweries, working out and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins.

Jesus Morales

Mailing Assistant

Born in March 5, 1990 in the coastal town of Lajas in the island of Puerto Rico. Surrounded by pineapple crops, crystal clear beaches and one of the bioluminescent bay, it is hard to not take all as inspiration which boosted my creativity. At that point I knew I would follow art as a profession. In 2008 I chose to study Art Theory in the University Of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez campus. A couple of years later in 2017 I couldn't stop myself and I decided to go back to college and study Digital Animation in Atlantic University College in Guaynabo, PR. Art has always been an intrinsic part of who I am. After Pandemic, finishing my Digital Animation degree I look for new challenges and possibilities to push even further my goals. So I thought that it was time to leave. And in June 2022 with my 12 years partner, my lovable dog Rio, my very peculiar cat Sansa and a bunch of tropical plants we choose to move to the states. Choosing Virginia as a destination.

Julie Oliver

Billing Assistant

Julie oversees all areas of finance and administration for Xpress Promotion. She is relatively new to the finance industry but is eager to learn more everyday. She has a strong interest in business administration and understanding the behind the scenes workflow that keeps a business running. In her free time, Julie works towards her Bachelors degree, spends time with her family, takes her Australian Shepherd on adventures.

Noriel Balili

Web Developer/PPC Assistant

Noriel has a degree in information sciences, focused on Software Engineering. He is trilingual and knows how to speak and write English, Filipino and Italian. He helps and supports both Web and SEO management. In his free time he likes to walk or bike different places such as trails, parks and other places that are related to nature.

Rachael Kimmel

Web Developer

I have always had a strong interest in design and creative endeavors. I am happy to have had the opportunity to join the Xpress team, working remotely as a web developer alongside the web design team as well as assisting the SEO team on occasion. Relatively new to this particular field, I am quickly learning a lot! When I am not working or traveling, I like spending time with friends, cooking up something new in the kitchen or on the drawing board, or exploring the outdoors (when the weather is good, of course).

Maria Acevedo

Social Media Coordinator

Maria is a Social Media Specialist and Web Developer at Xpress Promotion, expertly balancing her creativity and technical skills to build standout websites and engaging digital campaigns. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Management and is currently pursuing her master’s in IT, further enhancing her expertise in the field. In her free time, Maria enjoys spending quality time with family and friends or unwinding with her favorite music. Her dedication to learning and passion for connecting with people make her a valuable part of the Xpress team.
