About the Speakers:
Virginia E. Lee, DMD Dr. Virginia E. Lee was born and raised in York, Pennsylvania. She attended Franklin and Marshall College where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in biology. She went on to earn her D.M.D. from Temple University in Philadelphia. Following dental school, Dr. Lee received her training in oral and maxillofacial surgery from University of Maryland Medical Systems and from Adam Crowley’s Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, Maryland. She started her practice in 1998 and it continues now as Capital Oral & Facial Surgery Center.
Jeff Santone Jeff Santone is a business owner, seminar speaker, and consultant. He helped Capital Oral & Facial Surgery Center increase revenue by 400% during his time there. Jeff has a B.S. in Economics & Finance as well as an M.A. in Economics. Before joining the dental industry, Jeff worked on the American Stock Exchange and at The Federal Reserve Board of Governors.
Shawn Kimmel Shawn Kimmel, CEO of local dental marketing company Xpress Promotion. My company has been working with dentists, dental marketers, and dental marketing consultants for over 10 years. I have a background in communication, and a very intimate history with the field of dentistry having personally run the annual 6 figure marketing budget for my family’s MD practice moving it into the multi-million dollar for the past several years.
